Production typically takes 12-16 working days upon receipt of payment and confirmation of artwork. For larger volume orders, production can take 16-21 days. Please get in touch with us to confirm!
Once we've completed production & QA, we'll arrange for shipping with one of our logistics partners. Please note that it can take anywhere from 1-5 days for your shipment to be picked up and loaded onto the plane or boat.

Please note that your shipment will need to go through customs clearance once it has reached the port. After customs is cleared, it will then be sent to the appropriate warehouse for last mile delivery (i.e. from the warehouse to your address). For air and ocean freight shipments, the tracking URL that we provide will typically only track the last mile shipment, which is why you may not see any updates in the tracking URL until your shipment has arrived in the warehouse.
